This program is more adaptable coaching designed to your needs and can also be purchased independently for those with their own development plan in place.

After reaching my career goal of being a Clinical Research Director by the age of 30, I was left wondering what was next. The most exciting part of my job is hiring clinical research professionals, assessing their skills and seeing them develop into well-rounded experts in the industry. After reflecting on my desire to help people and my passion for personal development, Study Your Path Coaching was born.

With a commitment to empowering individual growth and professional development, I provide expert coaching services tailored to meet your unique goals, ambitions and skill set.

I have a Bsc in Psychology, coaching certifications and experience in Medical Device and Pharma Clinical research, sponsor and CRO industries. Alongside founding Study your path coaching, I continue to build a successful UK based Clinical Research Organisation.
